Shipping Policy

Soapn' has a current processing time of 7-14 business days. All items are handmade which can take time. 

Purchases will be shipped by USPS. The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order. Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday, excluding stat holidays. Tracking is provided once your order ships and will be sent to the email input during the checkout process. 

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Once shipped Soapn' is no longer responsible for your package and no refunds will be given. 

All items returned to Soapn' due to incorrect shipping address, customer will be responsible for paying additional shipping cost.
